Superboy Vol 1 #112 – Superboy’s Secret Identity Games!
Superboy Vol 1 #112 (April 1964), by Otto Binder and Jerry Siegel with George Papp’s art, is a fun Silver Age issue with three stories. In “The Boy Who Replaced Clark Kent!,” Superboy bets Lana Lang she can’t keep his identity secret for 48 hours. Posing as “Hank Harris,” he tells Lana and her father he’s Superboy, testing her loyalty. Lana passes, earning an autograph in Kryptonese reading “Clark Kent,” which she can’t decipher, thwarting museum thieves along the way. In “The Kids Who Stole Superboy’s Powers!,” four evil Nyarrian youths lure Superboy into a Kryptonite trap, each stealing one of his powers. Superboy tricks them into restoring his abilities, saving an aquatic world. In “Superbaby’s Super-Pranks!,” Superbaby aids Jonathan and Martha Kent, posing as butler and maid for Carl Grimm’s job interview, adding chaotic super-pranks to impress the employer.
