These are the best available copies (few are delivered in NM/NM+ condition from the distributor) This designation guarantees that your book is going to ship protected and bagged in industry leading Mylar and double thick backing boards meaning it is ready for display (mylar plastic bags block 99% of UV light rays which wear the color off books) or permanent safekeeping (mylar will outlive you and doesn't need to be replaced every 7 years like CGC Slabs or 10 years like other regular PCP bags!)
