Web-slinging to clear his head, Spider-Man spots Black Fox and the Super-Apes robbing a jewelry store. Black Fox escapes with a flash-bang, but Spider-Man intervenes, learning of Red Ghost’s plan. Spidey confronts Red Ghost, tricking the Super-Apes into destroying the Cosmicizer. Red Ghost escapes, and Black Fox retires with the jewels. Elsewhere, an unknown figure destroys Spider-Man’s tracer on Hobgoblin’s battle van, vowing to kill him.
