Starting Monday, August 11th, 2025, you'll see a clear distinction on VegasComics.com. We're separating our books into two categories to give you maximum clarity and confidence when you shop.

 

New Releases: The Thrill of Discovery (and Top-Tier Quality)!

 

This policy applies specifically to our new release comics. Books listed from this week forward will either have no grading designation or be listed as Investment-Grade NM/NM+.

  • Raw, Un-Graded Books: These are the gems waiting to be unearthed! Books listed with no grading designation are sold "as is." This is your chance to snag a fantastic copy and get it graded yourself, or simply add a classic to your collection.

  • Investment-Grade NM/NM+: This is where we go all-in for you! When you see a new release listed as NM/NM+ (Near Mint/Near Mint Plus), you're not just buying a comic—you're getting our rock-solid promise of quality.

The VCK Grading Guarantee for New Releases:

We guarantee that any new release listed as NM/NM+ is a top-tier specimen, ready for your collection or your grading submission. We back this claim with our 9.4-10.0 Grading Pledge:

 

While VCK is not a professional grading company, we do our best to list the grade range that best reflects the condition of the book. If you intend to submit the book for professional 3rd party grading through a company like CGC please let us know at checkout- if it comes back at a significantly lower grade than listed we will reimburse a portion of what you paid!  (example: A $15 Absolute Batman 1 listed at NM/NM+ is graded 9.2, we will reimburse a portion of the $15 you paid in the form of a cash refund or store credit!)

We price all of our new release comics below both the current Fair Market Value (FMV) and the original retail cover price. Older & Back Issues: The Entire Grading Spectrum!

 

We know that collecting older and back issues is a different kind of quest. We're here to support you every step of the way. All of our older and back issues will continue to be listed with a wider range of grading designations, from Near Mint to lower grades.

This entire spectrum of older books is still backed by our VCK Grading Guarantee! If you purchase a book and it doesn't match the grade we assigned, just let us know. We stand by our grading and will work with you to make it right.
